Karsyn, an avid painter, has a love of bringing story to life through texture and tale. She’s been a traditional artist for years before joining the Florida State University’s College of Motion Picture Arts animation program.

Prior to this, she has long ties to performance art through the FSU Flying High Circus. Juggling performance and theatre have given her a further appreciation for film by needing to convey story to live audiences.

Her passion lies in the human aspect that comes through texturing 3D models, adding personal touch and flair through digital paint. She feels every piece made adds to the story, and it’s her job to help bring it to life.
